Career Service International (CSI) | International Talent Programs for Employers

At RWTH, about 30 percent of all students come from outside Europe. Most speak fluent English, have a solid command of German, and bring a globally minded perspective along with a strong sense of dedication and motivation.

International students are especially well represented in master’s programs such as electrical engineering, information technology, computer engineering, and materials science

The Career Service International supports these students as they prepare to enter the German job market. Through career counselling, application workshops, and information sessions, we help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to successfully start their careers in Germany.

Certificate "Career Success in Germany"

As part of our “Career Success in Germany” certificate program, international students develop the language skills, professional expertise, and practical experience they need to successfully enter the German job market. Through collaborations with companies, they gain valuable insights into day-to-day business operations and current workplace requirements. Training in intercultural communication and teamwork further strengthens their interpersonal skills, helping them build the confidence and competencies needed for a successful and sustainable transition into professional life in Germany.
