career@ - Connecting With Students
Connect with motivated young talent regarding entry-level opportunities in your company. The event takes place on Tuesdays from 6 to 8pm during the semester.
You are welcome to use these two hours as you see fit, for example, for a company presentation, casual networking, or a role model talk.
You can conduct your company presentation either online or on-site. We would be happy to assist you in finding suitable venues. Any additional costs incurred in connection with the event (e.g. catering, etc.) would be at your company's expense.

If you book this option, we will be happy to publish your company video/video pitch free of charge for six months in our Pitchbox.

We would be happy to additionally promote your career@ event via a news mailing.

The cost of your company‘s participation is 1,800 euros*. This includes the following services:
- We provide a zoom room.
- In case of a face-to-face event we will make our seminar room available (€60/hour).
- The event will be published on our online event calendar.
Business Talk - Connecting With the Best
This format explicitly targets the group of students on the Dean’s List. The company can give a presentation, manager talk, or offer case studies or strategy workshops -

Career Lunch - Connecting With Doctoral Candidates
A “Career Lunch” enables companies to connect with young RWTH doctoral candidates through personal conversation and to present their company as a potential employer. RWTH will prepare the infrastructural logistics and invite suitable candidates from your desired subject discipline for you.
Costs: 2,000 Euro*
Pop Up Career - Holding Outdoor Promotional Events
Rent a booth space on the RWTH campus and actively approach students, promote your event, or highlight the entry-level opportunities at your company.
Costs: The cost starts at 250 Euro* per square meter per day for the use of the desired space for the booked period.
* Note: The prices listed do not include applicable sales tax.
